Our Policies Please review the following policies prior to booking. Booking & Reservation Fee A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment. This fee is applied toward the total cost of your procedure. Appointments are not reserved until the deposit has been received. Due to high demand and limited availability, all bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Rescheduling Policy Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 48 hours notice and the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Cancellation Policy All reservation fees are non-refundable. If an appointment is cancelled, the reservation fee will not be returned. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their reservation fee. To book another appointment following a no-show, a new reservation fee will be required. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment • Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the reservation fee Guests To maintain a sanitary environment, guests are not permitted during permanent makeup procedures unless previously approved.
